The operator processes personal data of data subjects and is responsible for processing personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). The operator has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.
The operator does not appoint a data protection officer.
