When importing machines from China and other Asian countries, one must consider several pitfalls. The most common problems are fake or invalid CE certificates, missing technical documentation, and inadequate safety features. Such deficiencies may lead to the detention of the machine at customs, a ban on its operation, or possibly a fine or a recall order.
Our partner ensures the purchase of the machine, supplier verification, supervision of the production process, transport, insurance, and customs clearance. Every machine undergoes a physical inspection before shipping directly at the factory in Asia, which we carry out through our personnel.
We also provide all the necessary requirements for the machine to be put into safe operation – including the operating manual, CE marking, and the preparation of the Declaration of Conformity. Our goal is for every imported machine to meet safety requirements and reliably serve its purpose without endangering the health of the operators or causing unnecessary legal complications.
